Exhibition report 2023

We exhibited at "International Plastic Fair IPF JAPAN 2023" held at Makuhari Messe. In fact, it was the first real event in six years. Following MECT, we exhibited the new laser welding machine "WELDPRO SW-L220" and released a new cleaning liquid at the venue. "WAVELIQUID EN-18" also exhibited neutral cleaning liquid compatible with aluminum molds. Since it was my first plastic exhibition in a while, I had the opportunity to talk with people from a wide range of areas, from Hokkaido to Kyushu, about cleaning, mold repair welding, polishing, and various other topics. We exhibited at "Mechatronics Tech Japan 2023" held at Port Messe Nagoya. This time, we unveiled two products at the exhibition: the new laser welding machine "WELDPRO SW-L220" and the "Mold Welding Division" which started full-scale operation in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture from April this year. Thank you for your interest in the new laser, which has increased output and can melt welding rods of φ0.1-0.8. I had the opportunity to talk to people from a variety of industries, including not only mold welding, but also parts processing, machinery, and precision sheet metal. We exhibited at "MF-Tokyo2023", which was held at Tokyo Big Sight for the first time in four years. As this was a specialized exhibition for the press, sheet metal, and forming industries, it was an opportunity for people from various industries, from ultra-precision machining customers to plant-related customers, to see our machines. We spoke with nearly 300 customers, which led to new business development. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to stop by our booth.

Intermold 2023 was held at Tokyo Big Sight. We would like everyone to learn more about our omnidirectional support for mold maintenance, so we held demonstrations of the WAVECLEAN cleaning machine, the SW-V02 welding machine, the LAPTRON ultrasonic lapping machine, and the DEPOSITRON electrical discharge coating machine. For the first time in a while, I was able to have concrete conversations with people from various areas in an atmosphere similar to that before the coronavirus pandemic. We exhibited at the UM Mold Festa held at Intex Osaka, sponsored by After JIMTOF and Ueda Kikai Co., Ltd. The event was held on January 26th and 27th, and over 1,400 people attended over the two days.

A variety of customers visited our booth and stopped by our booth, but those who were particularly interested in mold cleaning with the WAVECLEAN mold cleaning machine, and mold repair and overlay welding with the SW-V02. Many people visited us. I believe that many customers who would not normally be able to meet us were able to see the exhibition.
